This is a serious high-altitude trek. Altitude sickness can affect any trekker regardless of fitness level, and correct acclimatization, hydration and pace are essential. Please consult a doctor before booking, especially if you have any heart, lung or blood pressure condition. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers high-altitude trekking and helicopter evacuation. This itinerary is indicative; exact daily distances, timings and the route may be adjusted by your trek leader based on weather, trail conditions and how the group is acclimatizing. For detailed medical and safety guidance specific to your health profile, please consult a travel medicine specialist and your trek operator's certified guide before departure.
