Japan Tour Payment Policy

1. Booking Confirmation & Visa Processing

To confirm your Japan tour and start the visa application, an advance of ₹50,000 per person is required. On receipt of the booking amount:

  • Your tour reservation is confirmed
  • Visa documentation assistance begins
  • Hotel and land arrangements are processed as per the itinerary

The booking amount is non-refundable once the visa process has been initiated, as administrative and processing costs are incurred.

2. Balance After Visa Approval — 3 EMIs

After the Japan visa is approved, the remaining tour amount can be paid in three installments.

EMI 1 — 40%

Due immediately after visa approval.

EMI 2 — 30%

Due within 15 days of the first installment.

EMI 3 — 30%

Final payment, at least 15 days before departure.

3. Important Notes
  • All payments must be completed before travel documents are released
  • Flight tickets, hotel vouchers, transport confirmations and final documents are issued only after full payment
  • Delayed payments may lead to cancellation of reservations or extra charges per supplier policies
  • Any increase in airfare, taxes, government fees or currency fluctuation after booking may be charged additionally
4. Visa Rejection

In case of a visa rejection, the following are deducted:

  • Visa fees and processing fees
  • Document handling charges
  • Any non-refundable supplier charges

The remaining refundable amount, if any, is processed as per the cancellation policy. Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the Embassy/Consulate of Japan and cannot be guaranteed.
