Entry Requirements for Indian Travellers
Indian nationals do not need a visa to enter Nepal. Air travellers must carry a valid original passport, or an original Voter ID card issued by the Election Commission of India.

Do's
- Carry your original valid passport, or original Voter ID card

- Carry warm clothing if travelling in the winter months
- Check with your mobile provider about roaming charges and rates in Nepal, or plan to pick up a local SIM
Don'ts
- Do not carry plants or agricultural produce out of Nepal — this is not permitted
- Do not assume cards work everywhere; carry some cash for remote areas and small vendors
- Do not fly drones without permission — drone use is restricted in Nepal
- Do not photograph inside temple sanctums where photography is restricted

- Paragliding, zipline, rafting and any other adventure activity (bookable locally as optional add-ons)
- Activity insurance for adventure sports — arrange this separately before booking any activity

Pricing
Nepal package pricing depends on group size, hotel category and travel season, and is quoted per person on a double or twin sharing basis. Share your preferred travel dates and group size and we will send you current, accurate pricing — we do not publish estimated figures here to avoid quoting you an outdated rate.

- Hotel confirmations are subject to availability; if a named hotel is unavailable, an alternative of the same category will be arranged
- Any cost arising from natural events such as landslides, road blockages or political disturbances (strikes) is payable locally by the traveller
- Any increase in fuel price or taxes affecting land transport costs, coming into effect before departure, may be charged additionally
