Itinerary
DAY-WISE ITINERARY
Depart Delhi at 07:30 AM for the 260 km drive to Chandigarh (4 hours via NH-44). Visit Rock Garden of Nek Chand — allow 2 full hours for surreal sculptural landscapes. Lunch at a Chandigarh restaurant. Visit Rose Garden in Sector 16. Late afternoon: Sukhna Lake for boat ride and sunset walk. Check in to hotel. Dinner at Sector 17 or Dhaba Sector 22. Overnight in Chandigarh.
Morning visit to Le Corbusier's Capitol Complex — Secretariat, Vidhan Sabha (Legislative Assembly), and High Court. Continue to the Open Hand Monument. Drive 22 km to Pinjore Gardens (Yadavindra Gardens) — a magnificent 17th-century Mughal stepped garden. Return to Chandigarh for lunch and Sector 17 Plaza exploration. Depart for Delhi ~03:00 PM, arriving ~07:30 PM.
