Itinerary
DAY-WISE ITINERARY
Arrive Ahmedabad (fly/train). Visit Sabarmati Ashram — Gandhi's residence from 1917–1930, now a museum and memorial. Explore the old city pols (UNESCO-listed walled city), Sidi Saiyyed Mosque with famous latticed stone windows, Jama Masjid and Teen Darwaza. Evening at leisure on CG Road. Overnight Ahmedabad.
Drive to Kevadiya (190 km, 3 hrs). Visit the Statue of Unity — ticket includes valley of flowers, Cactus Garden, and the viewing gallery at 153 metres with panoramic Narmada river views. Jungle Safari and Glow Garden (evening). Overnight Kevadiya or return to Ahmedabad.
Drive to Nadabet (280 km from Ahmedabad). Seema Darshan — observe the India-Pakistan border fence and BSF parade, view Pakistani villages, experience patriotic installations and exhibitions. Return to Ahmedabad. Tour concludes at Ahmedabad airport/station.

BEST TIME TO VISIT

October to March is ideal. Navratri (Sept–Oct) in Ahmedabad is a cultural extravaganza — garba dancing across the city. Avoid May–June (above 40°C).
