Arrive Udaipur (fly or overnight train). Check in. Visit Jagdish Temple — a 17th-century Indo-Aryan masterpiece. City Palace complex — the magnificent multi-level palace museum. Evening boat ride on Lake Pichola — floating past Jag Niwas (Lake Palace) and Jag Mandir. Dinner at a rooftop restaurant with lake views. Overnight Udaipur.
Morning visit to Saheliyon ki Bari — the Garden of Maidens with marble pavilions and fountains. Explore Bagore ki Haveli — a stunning 18th-century haveli with folk museums. Lunch. Afternoon visit Shilpgram crafts village — live demonstrations of Rajasthani and tribal crafts. Evening drive to Monsoon Palace (Sajjangarh) for sunset over the lakes — one of India's most magical views. Evening cultural performance at Dharohar Folk Dance at Bagore ki Haveli. Overnight Udaipur.
Morning excursion to Eklingji Temple (22 km) — dedicated to Lord Shiva with an intricate 15th-century carved marble and sandstone complex. Visit Haldighati (40 km) — the historic battlefield where Maharana Pratap fought Akbar's forces in 1576. Return to Udaipur. Depart for airport/station.

October to March is perfect. Mewar Festival (March) is colourful. Monsoon (July–Sept) turns Udaipur lush and green — beautiful but roads may be affected.
